Descriptions:

Doctor blade with precision carbon steel strip for long runs and abrasive inks. It's used for all types of

substrate and inks, suitable for flex printing, such as wide web printing press, label press, corrugated

pre-print and post printing press, gravure printing, decorate material’s printing, coating and

varnishing.The unique shape of the lamella keeps a constant contact with the cylinder which

minimizes print problems effectively and ensures a high printing quality.

No resharpening is required and the lamella ends in a smooth taper reduces vibrations and fatigue

The optimum contact angle of the blade and the cylinder is between 55-60,which allows for the least

pressure on blade tip and at the same time gives the best wiping result. But according to different

kinds of printing machine, doctor blade holder or cylinder type, the angle should be adjusted a little.
